MAINTENANCE OF A PRODUCT SAMPLE DISPLAY CELL

The main purpose of maintaining a product sample display cell is to introduce the Nepalese export products to the visitors in the Embassies and Consulates and also to the prospective buyers.

It is necessary to maintain a product sample display  cell in each and every Nepalese mission abroad. Such a cell should be set up, maintained and up-dated by the staff of the Mission. Every year request should be made to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide adequate fund required particularly for purchase of samples, show cases, etc. The TPC should assist the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in selection, procurement and delivery of such sample products from Nepal.

The RNE/RNCG/RNC should frequently suggest the MOFA or the TPC on the types of product required to be displayed.
