Chapter XI

SERVICES TO TRADEMISSIONS/DELEGATIONS

There are different kinds of trade missions or delegations visiting with different purposes and objectives. The mission's officials must ask the purpose or objective of the trade mission or delegation. Trade missions or delegations are generally of following types:

• Official trade delegation for the market promotion of all or specific products from Nepal,

• Official mission to undertake market survey, and

• Exporter's mission for market promotion of specific product/s.

The officials of the mission has an important role to play to assist all the three types of trade delegation or mission. A check-list of activities to be done by the officials of the mission is presented in Annex-XI. The officials of the mission should follow all the activities in this check-list and assist the members of the mission or delegation.
